On April 20, 2023 at approximately 5:07 PM, Wilmington Police Officers were dispatched to a local residence for a report of a male subject who was attempting to gain entry to an apartment where there was a subject inside with a protection order against the male. Upon arrival Wilmington Police Department were able to identify the suspect as Samuel J LaRoche, age 30, of Wilmington VT. LaRoche had allegedly committed the offenses of Unlawful Trespass, Unlawful Mischief, Violation of Conditions of Release, and Aggravated Stalking. LaRoche was flash cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on April 21, 2023 at 12:30 PM to answer to the charges.
