On November 2, 2023 at approximately 11:50 PM, a Wilmington Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding on VT Route 100 and Boyd Hill Road. Thomas Bergeron, age 21, of Whitingham VT, was cited to appear in Windham Criminal Court on November 21, 2023 at 8:30 AM to answer to the charges.
