On December 17, 2023 at approximately 12:21 AM, a Wilmington police officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on VT Route 100 in Wilmington for failing to maintain its lane. During the stop, the officer detected signs of impairment and screened the operator. The operator was subsequently arrested for DUI and Negligent Operation and transported to the Wilmington Police Department for processing.
The Defendant, Crissy Long, Age: 35 of Halifax, VT, was processed and released on a citation to appear in Windham Criminal Court on January 2, 2024 at 8:30 AM to answer the charges.
