On May 13, 2023 at approximately 1:19 AM. a Wilmington Police Officer was investigating a report of an assault at a local business. During the investigation, the Officer had contact with the operator of a vehicle in the South Main Street municipal parking lot. Dix, age 28, of Whitingham, VT was cited to appear in the Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on May 30, 2023 at 8:00 AM to answer to the charges.
