On Friday April 21st at approximately 7:47 PM, Wilmington Police were dispatched to a Wilmington business for a report of shoplifting. During the investigation the suspect was identified as Kristin Odell, age 41, of North Adams, Massachusetts. Odell was charged with Retail Theft and cited to appear at the Vermont Superior Court- Windham Criminal Division on 5/30/23 to answer to the charges.
