SUMMARY: Domestic Assault

On March 24, 2024 at approximately 9:39 PM, while investigating an unrelated incident a Wilmington Police Officer received a report of a domestic assault that had occurred earlier in the day at a residence in the town of Wilmington. During the following investigation police identified the defendant and found evidence that a domestic assault had taken place. The defendant, Elan Plevier, age 50, of Wall NJ was arrested and processed at WPD. The defendant was then released with conditions and a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court - Windham Criminal Division on 03/25/2024 at 12:30 to answer to the charge.
